Wolf Home Products - Cracks in wood
My husband and I had to buy new cabinets for our kitchen after Hurricane Harvey. The first contractor we had ripped us off majorly so we had to cut some expense.
We were assured that wolf Dartmouth cabinets were good cabinets. If you just look at them they look good except for a few scratches. We started opening the doors and noticed that where the hinges are attached the wood is split. One of the doors is very loose because of this the company I bought them from cane out and said that he knows wolf will not replace any except for that one with a loose hinge.
I had partial board before and had no cracks!
Pay over 7000.00 for cabinets you expect better quality. I know things happen but the company should fix the problems.
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

A good cabinet manufacturer will always stand by it's product and replace defective products as needed. The profit margin in these things is high enough that they can replace alot of bad doors, etc. and still make a tidy profit from the sale.
They should but according to the place we bought them the company wonโt replace these cabinets because it is natural for them to crack when a screw is screwed in. We are very unhappy, and will tell everyone we know to never buy Wolf cabinets!
